GLAYUM Shipping Policy
Because every GLAYUM piece is rare and one of a kind, each one is packed by hand with the care it deserves. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within [2–5] business days. As each item is singular and often fragile or antique, we take the time to pack it properly. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or while we are sourcing abroad; if there will be a significant delay, we'll let you know.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship throughout the US via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's size, weight, and destination. Estimated transit times are typically [3–7] business days after processing, depending on your location and the service selected.
International Shipping
We are delighted to ship worldwide; fitting, since our pieces are found across the world to begin with. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. Customs policies vary widely by country; if you're unsure what may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. We are unable to mark items as "gifts" or undervalue them on customs forms, as doing so is against regulations.
International transit times vary by destination and customs processing, typically ranging from [1–4 weeks], and occasionally longer for customs clearance beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Delivery, Title, and Risk of Loss
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We pack every piece carefully, but on rare occasions items are damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at contact @ glayum.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to make it right, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
